NSW Government Overhauls Core Tech Platforms in Management Shake-Up

The New South Wales (NSW) government has initiated a significant management shake-up in its core technology platforms. The Department of Customer Service (DCS) is in the process of hiring a director for its Government Technology Platforms (GTP) division to oversee essential whole-of-government systems such as Licence NSW, Regulation NSW, and GovDC. This move comes as part of an apparent restructuring effort within the organization.

The newly created director position is crucial for implementing a new value-based operating model within the GTP division. The appointed director will report to executive director Reece Clementi and will be responsible for leading the rollout of this operating model.
